Hello again my dear ones!

Today I have another great velvet look for you guys! Those of you, who have been following my blog and “know me” a little bit by now, understand that this particular look blew me away right the second I saw it. First of all it is my favorite color – green! And secondly, it is made of my absolute favorite fabrics – velvet! No wonder I am so in love with this look, and I hope the spark jumps over to you too! And in case green is not your preferred color, you can be relieved… the exact same suit is also available in black. However, it is important to me to encourage my fellow females to be brave and try out new things, new styles… leave your comfort zones and discover your potentials! There is no shame in trying, only in not having tried at all ;). I mean, we do have so many brave idols to look up to if you think about it. Just think of all the fashion icons that fought for the freedom of wearing fashionable pieces that we indulge today. Keep in mind that simple pieces such as trousers, pants, skirts, even bras… those were all pieces of clothing that other females in the past had to fight for in order to wear them. However, the most important aspect is that our freedom in fashion allows us to showcase part of who we are, who we want to be and how we feel! Okay, that was enough of nostalgia for now; let’s get back to my velvet masterpiece by Jadicted. I was wearing this lovely green velvet ensemble during the past Fashion Week in Paris, and I have to admit I am so excited that I can finally share it with you guys today. Not only is this suit very casual and elegant at the same time, but it is currently also absolutely trendy. And in case this is too much velvet at once for your personal taste, you could also just wear the pieces separately. Particularly the blazer would also look amazing combined with a simple top or t-shirt and a nice pair of jeans! Underneath the blazer I am wearing a simple white t-shit by Dsquared. The super cute, black suitcase handbag “Suzy” is by A Cuckoo Moment. It is made of fine nappa leather with a pocket flap made of exotic stingray leather. It is wonderfully crafted and offers just enough space for ever woman’s essentials. I combined the suitcase handbag by A Cuckoo Moment with wonderful striped bag straps by Gabriele Frantzen. I love how versatilely applicable the bag straps are and how easy they can be attached to almost any bag. In this case, they even matched nicely to my look in terms of color. The very comfortable, black sock boots, which are by the way also very trendy right now, are from Mango. Finally, the black Baker Boy hat by Gianfranco Ferre has been in my possession for many years now. However, Baker Boy hats can be found in almost any big online shopping platform these days (jades24.com, Asos, H&M just to name a few). I hope you enjoyed reading my blog and that I was able to inspire you again! Maybe even encourage you to wear some lovely velvet pieces ;) Wish you all a lovely Thursday!
