Today’s blog post is all about silk (as I have promised in my previous post), and how you can style a super cool casual outfit involving silk fashion pieces!
If you ask me, there is no other fabric, which is as versatility combinable as silk.
When I want to style a very elegant look, I usually like to involve either a silk dress or silk pants in combination with a silk coat.
Silk is the perfect fabric to wear during the summer, whether as a dress or a top.
If you want to style a more business-like look, a cute silk blouse or top combined with cloth pants will be the perfect choice.
However, in case you have a more casual-chic styling in mind, a silk blouse combined with a cool pair of jeans is the perfect deal.
This is exactly how I styled today’s look, which I am presenting to you now.
The centerpiece of today’s look is naturally the white silk blouse by Jadicted. This elegant, but at the same time playful piece of fashion is definitely a must-have! With its loose fit, it is perfect to style for a casual look. However, at the same time the elegant details, such as the color along with the balloon-sleeves add just right amount of elegance. Thanks to its high quality silk stretch material, the blouse offers an incredibly well wearing comfort.
I combined the gorgeous white blouse by Jadicted with a pair of extravagant jeans by Les Coyotes de Paris. The “Daria” jeans feature dark washing elements on the sides of the legs and slightly frayed hems.
In order to bring a little more casualness into my look it wore a simple white top underneath the blouse and did not button it up all the way to the top.
I paired my jeans with these gorgeous white “Frankie” ankle boots by Anine Bing. For some reason I am truly obsessed with white shoes, no matter if it is sandals, pumps, or bootees. I just love how easy you can combine them with many different styles. With their clean stitching along with the wide cut these jeans are a real eye catcher.
Finally yet importantly, I added some cool accessories to finalize my look.
The first classy accessory to my look is the beautiful hat by Maison Michel Paris. This particular model is made of quality rabbit felt, dark blue brim, two different colored grosgrain trims and finished with an elegant metallic logo letter. A great summer accessory to have while remaining a timelessly stunning piece.
Secondly, I spiced up my look by adding this yellow and black colored industrial logo belt by Off-White to my look.
The final accessory is this cool vintage, white leather bag by Chanel, which rounded off my look.
