Good morning lovelies!
I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying a nice summer. And those of you (just like us) who have to work, I hope you are having a pleasant week, regardless 😉.
I have styled today’s look around this sophisticated shirt by Redirection. Not only is this wonderful checked cotton shirt unique, but it is also a great statement piece.
I discovered Redirection on Instagram and simply had to get in touch with them.
Redirection stands for uniqueness and fashionable pieces. The brand uses already existing fashion, which they touch up with sassy statements in order to create something new, even though it says “nothing new” 😉. Therefore, it is not only guaranteed, that the pieces are one of a kind, but the brand is also carrying out a sustainable approach.
You also might have asked yourselves “what in the world did she do there”? It was certainly no coincident that I wore the shirt backwards 😉. As some of you already know, I like to wear things differently, and felt like this gorgeous shirt deserved all the attention.
I have combined it with a black leather skirt by Manokhi, which I have found at jades24.com. The eye-catching features are without a doubt the buckles at the front. Even though this piece is from last year, I am always excited when I find an opportunity to wear it 😊.
In order to complete my look, I have styled it with some cute, white leather ankle boots by Anine Bing and a micro baguette bag in burgundy by Fendi. Even though I have to admit, you cannot really fit anything else in there besides a car key and maybe a lipstick, this purse is just adorable.
I have spiced up the micro bag a little more, by adding some cool bag straps, made of leather and floral applications by Piumelli Milano, which rounded off the look perfectly.
I hope I was able to inspire you with today’s look again and that you enjoyed reading my blog. More great fashion inspiration will follow this Sunday, on Blondwalk.com!
