Hi my dear ones!
I have to admit that I have always been a huge fan of coats in all kinds of styles. However, usually the ones that you would see in my wardrobe used to be plain-colored and mostly decent colors such as grey, black or navy blue…
But since fall 2017 everything is different. The clash of bright and shiny colors that we have been seeing since last fall is so unbelievably fascinating. And I guess I can simply say that a stylish outfit these days needs to include some type of vibrant colors.
So, you can probably imagine how my heart almost skipped a beat when I saw this stunning azure blue coat by Max Mara at the Renate Abs Store in Essen.
Isn’t it amazing how you can spice up a “rather simple look” by just adding vibrant colors to it?! And the beauty about it is you really don’t have to be a talented stylist or anything like that to do that. Ok, maybe you should just make sure that the color combination that you chose matches, but other than that you really don’t need a degree to create a stunning look.
In combination with this vivid lime green cashmere sweater by Lamaii Cashmere, those two colors truly stand out.
And here comes a little styling tip: instead of wearing a scarf, wrap a nice sweater around your neck 😉
You might have seen this type of styling a lot during the New York Fashion Week…You will see this trend more often in the near future, so be courageous and try it out yourselves 😉.
I used a lovely light brown-colored cashmere sweater by Agnona for my look, which I also got at the Renate Abs Store in Essen.
I have combined my two-toned jeans from Mango with this look and some lovely nude-colored Fendi sock boots, which matched nicely with this entire look in terms of colors. Isn’t it a real pleasure when you find a pair of boots or pumps that you can actually wear all day long without ending up with painful feet?!
The cute little beige-colored “Marcie” shoulder bag by Chloé harmonized nicely with the rest of my look.
