Good morning my fellow fashionistas!
Today’s look reminds me for some reason of the beautiful Marrakesh or at least I feel like it certainly has an oriental touch.
The stunning silk overall with “Bauhaus” and floral pattern is a creation by Dawid Tomaszewski.
The second I saw the model walking down the catwalk at Dawid’s fashion show during the past Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Berlin, I knew I wanted to wear this gorgeous piece as well.
As this overall is a little transparent, I decided to wear it with a simple black tank top and a pleated half skirt decorated with silver sequins by N˚21. I am totally in love with this sophisticated piece and believe it was a great investment. It certainly adds the right amount of glam to any styling.
The headdress that I am wearing here is actually just a regular silk scarf. However, I decided to transform it into a turban, as I loved the matching pattern. As you might have guessed, this gorgeous scarf is also by my dear friend Dawid Tomaszewski and the “Bauhaus” pattern somehow evolved to be one of his “trademarks”.
I have combined this stylish summer look with a lovely, midnight blue “Maxi Pasticcino” bag with shibori print by Weekend Max Mara. This great bag features two removable shoulder straps, a metal clutch closure and convenient storage pockets.
To finalize my look, I have styled it with cute golden sandals by Prada. Even though my pair is a few years old, I have tried to find similar models for you ladies.
This was my interpretation of an oriental city look and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
On that note, for the ones who are based in the Cologne area in Germany, I will be at the Maison Heroïne Pop Up Store tomorrow, Friday 8th and I would love to see you there! You can find more information about the event in my Instagram stories, so tune in and I look forward to meet you there 😉.
Thank you for reading my blog and I hope I was able to inspire you today.
