I hope you enjoyed your weekend and had a great start into the new week.
The look that I want to share with you today was one of the last ones I wore during the Berlin fashion week. I was one of these chilly summer days, cloudy skies along with a little wind.
And as the day of our departure was still packed with appointments, I wanted to wear something more casual, but still chic.
I decided to style a look that would work both, with pumps and sneakers (for the worst case 😉). Here, I am wearing a lovely grey, black dotted cardigan by Steffen Schraut. The hip-length cardigan is made of fine merino wool and feels just amazing on the skin.
It has cute little bow applications on the shoulders and continues button facing. Thanks to its straight cut along with the rib knit cuff, this is a great casual piece of fashion. Usually the concept of wearing a cardigan is that you wear a top or shirt underneath it.I am sure that you have realized by now that I am a little unconventional 😉.
So, I decided to wear it as a sweatshirt. Additionally, I wrapped another grey oversize knit cardigan by Steffen Schraut on my shoulders. I felt like this “cardigan over cardigan” look was just perfect for this rather cloudy day, which was packed with appointments. Casual, but chic at the same time! I have styled my look with jeans in used-optics by AG jeans and black suede pumps with lace leather caps by Tom Ford.
These pumps have been part of my shoe collection for at least five years. However, as you can see, they were a good investment 😉.
Finally, the black vintage Chanel bag with large logo completed my look perfectly. Personally, I am a big fan of vintage pieces and believe that they can always spice up an outfit. I hope you liked today’s casual-chic style and that I was able to inspire you with it.
