Have you noticed something about today’s look?
Indeed, it has been quite some time since I wore an entire black outfit. Even though there has been a time where all I mostly wore was mostly black and grey. How boring, right? I mean, please do not get me wrong, I like these colors a lot. However, for the past few years I also learned to enjoy colorful looks.
Anyhow, for today’s blogpost, I slipped into an all-black look again and I have to say I enjoyed this one very much 😊.
Since this summer was incredibly hot, I have been complaining that I needed a few new summer dresses, as I felt like I did not have anything suitable for the temperatures that we have been experiencing lately.
Unceremoniously, I decided to cut bait and I ended up finding this gorgeous dress by River Island, which I have found on Asos.com.
I have to say, this cute black dress with knot details was just the perfect pick. Thanks to the thing cloth and its loose fit it did not only make these high temperatures more bearable, but at the same time it is also a real eye-catcher.
I have combined it with black, soft leather sandals “Sandarok Black” by IRO. The silver-colored, round studs add a rocking touch to these lovely heels, which are supported by a feminine, laced ankle strap.
Not only do they look amazing in combination with a black dress, like mine, but they do also work perfectly with jeans and a white blouse, a cocktail dress, a suit or even leather pants.
I guess I can say without any doubt that the cute knitted backpack, by Lulu Bags, is THE highlight piece of this look.
The brand is well known for their knitted collections, which include clutches, shopper, bags or like in this case, backpacks. And if you have concerns about them being delicate… I experienced them being very durable and of good quality.
