Good morning from Germany’s capital!

It is the 2nd day into fashion week and the madness has begun! However, I am not going to lie, I started liking all the fuss and rush around it.

Yesterday we attended two amazing runway shows. Guido Maria Kretschmer’s ‘Lineless Light’ show (presented by Otto) was simply amazing. If you want, you can still see for yourselves by tuning in to my Instagram Stories (the content should be still available until 5pm CEST).

Right after that we were driven by a shuttle service to the next location where the new Lascana collection was presented. Special guest on the catwalk – no one other than Alessandra Ambrosio!

Lascana presented wonderful lingerie, swimwear and naturally, the beautiful models were the icing on the cake 😉.

Our first day of the fashion week was definitely a success and if you are curious what other adventures await me here, join me on Instagram 😉.

Today’s look does not contain of too many pieces, nevertheless it is a striking one!

Here, I am wearing a breathtakingly beautiful, pink dress by Courrèges.

At this point, it might be time for a little fashion history 101 again 😉

British fashion designer Mary Quant is considered to be THE inventor of miniskirts. And together with French couturier André Courrèges, miniskirts were brought into fashion and they are still fashionable until this day.

In the late 60’s they definitely received a little support by the actress and model Lesley Hornby a.k.a. Twiggy, who showcased miniskirts all over London. I believe US actor Danny Kanye described it best when he said something along the lines like “long enough to cover the essential parts, but short enough to be interesting”.

I hope that now the name Courrèges will ring a bell 😉. I found this stunning dress at the vintage boutique Stewardress in Düsseldorf. I believe it is definitely worth a visit.

I combined the Courrèges dress with wonderful ‘Lolita Rainbow’ sandals by Alexandre Birman. This collection does also include a lovely sandal with different heels, in case you are more comfortable with a thicker one. I found my cute pair on biondiniparis.com, of which I am a big fan since I know the website. Naturally, when I am in Paris I prefer to rather pay a visit to the actual Biondini Paris store 😉.

To complete my look I (in this case I literally had to use this bag, because I had no other one with me) styled this look with a red ‘Runaway’ bag by Fendi.

I hope you enjoyed today’s fashion inspiration and thank you for stepping by today 😉.

Make sure you tune in on my Instagram Stories tomorrow, I will be going to a lot of interesting events 😉.

Wish you all a lovely day and greetings from Berlin !
