Good morning lovelies!
The holidays are over; we have made it into the first week of January and in about one week, I will be heading to Berlin again – it is time for the first fashion week of the year!
I am already super excited and cannot wait to experience Mercedes Benz Fashion Week FW’19.
Our schedule is again, filled with great events, runway shows and street style photo shootings.
Nevertheless, I feel very energized and motivated to make this year a great one!
However, for now I would like to share my second fashion inspiration of 2019 with you.
Today’s look is a gorgeous, casual city-street style outfit, which I have dedicated to the color – purple.
This vibrant color was 2018’s color of the year for a good reason 😉. It certainly is one of my favorite ones.
You know how some colors only suite a certain type of people? Not purple – it looks great with any skin tone and any hair color, if you ask me.
Here, I am wearing this gorgeous, knee-length coat by Harris Wharf London, which is made of virgin wool. Its minimalistic design, along with the causal fit make this coat a great all-rounder that fits perfectly, with many different casual-chic styles.
Underneath the stylish, ultra-violet coat, I am wearing a lovely knit-sweater by Steffen Schraut. Even though this short-sleeve sweater is part of last season’s collection, I still enjoy wearing it a lot.
I have styled some jeans with a light washing by J Brand to my look, as well as my beloved green patent leather overknee boots by Alexandre Vauthier. These stunning, tubular-shaped boots add the right amount of glam to my casual-chic look and are a real eye-catcher.
To round it all off, I have combined a vintage, khaki canvas Saddle bag by Dior to my look. You certainly must have noticed the revival of this iconic fashion accessory that made a huge impact during the last year. For this reason, I am even happier that I am able to take this cutie out more frequently now 😉.
Naturally, I had to wear my oversize Dior sunglasses to my look, which completed it perfectly.
