Today I would like to present to you this stunning blazer by Patrizia Aryton and Dawid Tomaszewski, which is currently one of my absolute favorite ones!
This piece is made of velvet, and wouldn’t you agree that this color simply rocks??
The blazer actually has a matching pair of trousers in the same fabrics with an orange strip on each side, which serves as a little highlight.
However, for this look I decided to wear this blazer with jeans and a light lavender colored shirt from Zara.
The jeans I am wearing are by Steve J & Yoni P (SJYP) which I have found on Zalando.
You might have noticed by now that I am a confessing jeans lover. Personally, I believe that there is no other piece of clothing that is so versatilely combinable than jeans. A great pair of jeans cannot only be worn in a very casual way, but also in a very chic way... It all depends on how you combine it.
For instance, during the day I prefer wearing more casual outfits, as I have a lot of appointments. For this reason, you would mostly see me in jeans and sneakers or bootees, with a cool shirt or a knitted sweater. I also like to spice up my looks by wearing a great purse and a stylish belt. So, even though I pick my outfits to be very comfortable and casual during the day, they still appear stylish.
I usually also prefer jeans over for example a dress for the evenings. When I am invited to events, or just want to meet friends for dinner, I often stand in front of my closet and again, I reach for jeans. However, then I combine them in a more extravagant way of course.
For instance, with a beautiful blouse or an amazing top.
Accessories are very important here, as they make the icing on the cake. I usually go with smaller purses, such as a clutch or a mini bag.
Also, the choice of my shoes usually then goes towards high heels or a nice pair of sandals.
