Good morning my dear ones!
I am not going to lie, this day started in a disaster and was very stressful. I overslept, which doesn’t happen too often as I am actually a real early bird.
However, so this day started with me being late… So, you can imagine the mood I was in, especially knowing that now I would have to rush through everything. Getting ready… etc.
But first, COFFEE…
I have mentioned a couple of times by now that I honestly don’t function without my daily dose of caffeine, especially not early in the morning.
So, the thought of my Espresso kind of made me smile and while I was preparing it, I thought “let’s make it an Espresso Macchiato”. This is when the real drama started…
I started foaming the milk, and I ended up making a big mess having the milk spread out in my entire kitchen and in my face. I startled so much in that moment that I moved to quickly and of course, had to pour the Espresso over my snow-white morning robe.
What can I say… welcome to my world! I am Mrs. Clumsy in person :-)
Anyway, after my little episode of outrage I got myself together again, cleaned up my mess and stared to get ready as fast as I could, because remember, I was running late…
Hoping I could get my first (good) coffee somewhere else I made it to my appointment.
Thereafter, we had a photo shooting scheduled for this lovely outfit.
I have to admit, this cool shirt by Tommy Hilfiger reminded me a little bit of the 90s. Wouldn't you agree?
This was very typical in the 90s... large, dominant brand logos, these plain colors (keyword here: boybands), and let us not forget the cool panties with the large waistband.
I have combined the shirt with jeans by Paige and red Christian Louboutin high heels for this style. I believe, color wise this combination was really on point.
My Accessories:
As the high waistband is already very dominant, I didn’t put on a belt.
And by combining this look with ablack Chanel bag I kept the focus completely on the shirt and the high-waistband of the panties.
This look would also perfectly work with a nice pair of sneakers. However, I decided I didn’t want to look too sporty that day.
